TheBabyShowerStore.com currently ships within the Continental United States, utilizing DHL and Fed Ex. Shipping time varies, depending upon the Fed Ex shipping schedule. Please provide complete address, including street, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code. Whenever possible, please include a telephone number for the recipient. Complete addresses and telephone will help to avoid a re-delivery charge. Re-delivery charge is an addititonal $20.00. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes with Fed Ex. Claims for in-transit damages must be filed according to the individual carrier’s rules. Should your gift be damaged while being shipped, please be sure to retain all packaging in order to process your claim.
SHIPPING RATES:
If you have provided a valid e-mail address with your order you will receive two e-mails. The first confirms your order. The second confirms your shipment.
Standard shipments leave via DHL and FedEx Ground and will arrive within 1-5 business days of shipment. We ship to anywhere within the US, but for Alaska and Hawaii, there is additional surcharge of $10. We do not ship to Canada. For special situations please email customerservice@thebabyshowerstore.com . We try to keep our shipping charges very reasonable for your benefit. The shipping charges are:
· 0 - $50 = $6.95 · $51 - $100 = $8.95 · $101 - $149 = $12.95 · $150+ = Free Shipping
Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges based on their specific rates. This charge will be applied at the time of shipment. Incorrect or incomplete ship to addresses will be charged the DHL/FedEx fee for correction and re-pick-up, reship if necessary, usually $10.
For your convenience, when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. DHL/FedEx will allow you to track your order while en route.
