Can I personalize my baby gift?

Sure you can!  We are committed that you are able to provide the highest quality baby gift to your newborn, as a result, we offer you the option of personalizing your baby gift.  As you checkout, you will be asked to add any additional information you'd like us to know about your order.  At that time, please included the information you would like on your gift.

Ordering Questions

What methods of payments can I use to place my order?

We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and DISCOVER. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server. We encrypt all submitted information. The CVV2 safety information on your credit card will be asked for your protection. There is an icon to show you where this can be found during checkout. Because the majority of our products are unique and require special attention from our purchasing department the credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is taken and approved. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.

How secure is my transaction?

We hold the security of our customers to be the highest priority.  All credit card transactions are processed using 128-bit encryption technology.

Shipping and Handling

When will my order be shipped?

At TheBabyShowerStore.com, we do our best to ship your gifts as quickly as possible. Please note our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

How will my order be shipped?

Standard shipments leave via DHL and FedEx Ground and will arrive within 1-5 business days of shipment.  We do not ship overseas, to PO Boxes and to certain APO addresses.

For your convenience, you have a choice of Ground or Express shipping (Express available by contacting us via phone or email after you place your online order). We ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within 1 to 2 business days, many times the same day. Because of this, Express is not usually necessary which is why we often don't offer it during online checkout. This passes on the savings to you. Our shipping rates reflect the total price of the order. Please note that a shipping surcharge applies to certain items that exceed standard size and weight measurements. (If an item has an extra shipping surcharge it will be noted for your attention.)

How do shipping costs work?

We try to keep our shipping charges very reasonable for your benefit. The shipping charges are:

0 - $30 = $5.95

$31 - $70 = $6.95

$71 - $100= $8.95

$101 - $149= $12.95

$150+ = Free Shipping

If there are multiple items purchased: all items will ship at the same time unless we are notified of a particular customer request.

Can I track my order?

Yes!  For your convenience, when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. DHL/FedEx allow you to track your order while en route.

Can you tell me about sales tax?

There is no sales tax unless the recipient’s address is located in the state of New Jersey.

Return Policy and Guarantees

How can I return my order?

New merchandise can be returned at the recipient’s expense within 30 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted. (we do not refund the origional ship charge on items that were origionally shipped free of charge as an incentive. They will be credited/refunded minus what the actual ship charge was)

What are the terms under which returns are accepted?

Returns are accepted if.

The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags.

It has not been personalized in any way by TheBabyShowerStore.com or others.

All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.

A Return Authorization has been provided from TheBabyShowerStore.com.

A Return Authorization can be found by emailing ldpbiz07@yahoo.com.
